Questions and answers
The price of accommodation includes the basic service rates as described in the current price list for accommodation, as at the time of confirmation of your booking. Special services on request are those services that are not included in the price (in the description indicated by "by agreement") or additional Services on request at extra cost, and as such, the customer pays. These services are to be arranged when booking at the Brajkovic Travel reception.

Obligations of Brajkovic Travel?
- Stays of up to 3 nights are charged 30% more.
- Bank transfer,
- In cash in EUR.
- 20% of the total amount within 7 days of confirmation of the reservation, 80% of the total amount no later than 45 days before using the service.
- 100% of the total amount of the reservation immediately, if there are less than 45 days left until the use of the accommodation service, includes "long-term repeat guests".
- Guarantee prepayment of 20% of the reservation value is required.
- The guarantee deposit for guests is accepted no later than 7 days after the confirmation of the appointment.
- Late check-out may result in extra charge. The final accounts settlement is due at the latest on check-out.
- Note that children aged 12 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number of adults.
- Should you wish to modify your reservation, you are required to cancel the confirmed reservation first and then proceed to create a new one.
- Brajkovic Travel reserves the right to reject, cancel or modify reservations where it appears that they contain or have resulted from a mistake or error.
